Psyllium, a natural fibrous bulking agent, works great when used alone to eliminate unwanted substances and waste, or when combined with Bentonite, Chomper, Herbal Nutrition and Flora Grow.

Suggested Intake: Mix two teaspoons in Arise & Shine's shaker jar or any other container with 10 ounces of cool water or your favorite juice. Shake well and drink quickly.Special Comments: Reminder - never use more than 2 teaspoons of Psyllium per shake.
